SPARKLYEXPRESSIONS.COM AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Please read and fill out this form in its entirety. After you have completed this form and submitted it, you will receive an email with your website and back office links within 3 business days or less. We look forward to having you as part of the team!

1) You must be at least 18 years of age to join as a representative with SparklyExpressions.com

2) I understand and agree that I may become an affiliate with SparklyExpressions.com for FREE by filling out this Affiliate Agreement Form indicating my desire to become an Affiliate for Sparkly Expressions.

3) I understand and agree that I will earn a 25% commission on my own sales.

I understand and agree that I will earn a 5% downline commission on all downline team members who join directly under me, should I build a team.

I understand I can buy from the SparklyExpressions.com website for myself at a 25% discount off retail website pricing all the time by using your Rep code to get 25% off of my total before shipping at checkout as a coupon code.
I understand and agree that NO commissions will be paid on personal purchases because I am receiving a 25% discount using my Rep Code before shipping.

I also understand and agree that NO Rep Discount will be allowed or commissions will be paid on purchases of any kit because these are already discounted items and I must make a separate order if I choose to purchase a kit.

4) I understand that I must have a PayPal account/email to receive payments for commissions earned from my sales. I understand and agree to accept that this is the only method of payment that SparklyExpressions.com uses.

5) I understand and agree that there is no required kit to purchase, but that optional ones may be made available should I desire to purchase one at a later time. There are no commissions paid on kit purchases and no further Rep Discount applies to kit purchases.

6) I understand and agree that I MUST do something to generate sales each month to remain active as a Rep. While there is NO SET QUOTA AMOUNT, I must do something such as hold a Facebook Party, sell in an event, make a personal purchase or have a customer order placed through my website to remain active as a Rep with Sparkly Expressions.com

I understand and agree that receiving a 25% commission and 25% Rep Discount will apply to all future orders after I have joined as a Rep.

IN ADDITION, any month that I personally have $500 in Sales and/or Personal Orders combined, I will ALSO earn a $25 bonus.

I understand and agree that to continue to earn that $25 bonus monthly, I must have $500 in combined Sales to others or Personal Orders each month. I understand and agree that any month I do not have $500 in combined sales and personal orders, I will simply earn the 25% commission on the amount of sales and personal orders (if any) that I did have.

I also understand and agree that there is NO NON-COMPETE CLAUSE – so that I may sell for SparklyExpressions.com and other companies at the same time as long as I am adhering to the other companies’ rules and regulations as a Representative for them.

7) I will advertise SparklyExpressions.com (Sparkly Expressions), its products, and the opportunity for others to join as a representative; and will do the work necessary to build my business and sell products offered by SparklyExpressions.com for the prices set by the company – no more and no less than the listed retail prices unless a special sale price has been set by SparklyExpressions.com.

I will help mentor anyone who joins as a representative on my team. I will remain a member of the Sparkly Expressions Rep and Information Group for the duration of my time as a representative with SparklyExpressions.com.

8) I understand and agree that I am not allowed to or authorized as a Representative of the company to advertise or sell products on sites such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, or YouTube. Doing so is grounds for termination as a Representative.

9) I understand and agree that I am an Independent Sales Affiliate of SparklyExpressions.com. The company does not withhold any taxes from my earnings. I am responsible for filing all taxes as required by the laws of my state and by the federal laws regarding my earnings from SparklyExpressions.com.
I agree to hold SparklyExpressions.com, Vickie Musselman, and/or Dan Musselman harmless for any taxes not filed by myself concerning my earnings as a SparklyExpressions.com affiliate.

10) I understand and agree that the website that I use belongs to SparklyExpressions.com. I also understand and agree that I am to use the website link as assigned. I am not allowed to shorten the link, link directly to the company website, redirect my assigned link to any other URL, or make any changes to the website in any way, shape, or form. I understand and agree that the link assigned to me by the company must be used as it is assigned for the affiliate system to track my sales, business information, and team members. I also understand and agree that it is against company policy for me to use or change the link in any manner. I also understand that doing so could result in my immediate removal as an Independent Sales Representative for SparklyExpressions.com

11) I understand and agree that using any pictures from the Sparkly Expressions website is with limited permission of the company. I understand and agree that I am allowed to use pictures of the items that Sparkly Expressions offers to advertise for the Sparkly Expressions company only.

I understand and agree that I AM NOT allowed to use any other pictures from the Sparkly Expressions website to advertise in any way.

I understand and agree that I am expressly forbidden to use any of the images from the Sparkly Expressions website to create ads or to advertise for any other company and that doing so is grounds for immediate termination as a Rep, and possible legal action against me by the company for using copyrighted or pictures that are contained on the website as these are for Sparkly Expressions website use only.

12) I agree to become an Independent SparklyExpressions.com Representative at this time.

13) By submitting this form, I am stating that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed within this affiliate agreement. I am agreeing to uphold the terms of this contract as long as I am an active affiliate with Sparkly Expressions. I also agree that I will not hold Sparkly Expressions or its owners liable for any misunderstanding or failure to read this agreement in its entirety. I also agree that by submitting this form it shall act as my signature and verification of this contract moving forward.
